Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and had a lovely large screen TV, ideal next door to a young family. The 'King Deluxe Room' was impressive. The location was not in the city center but close enough to everything - a taxi from the city center only cost me 8 euros with Uber after a night out and 20 to the airport.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and luxurious, with a beautifully spotless room that came at a slightly higher price due to a special event in the city. The family room with a king and single bed, along with a balcony, offered a pleasant stay despite the cost.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, but I encountered issues with the faulty TV and lack of hot water. The service, especially from Jay, was exceptional and attentive to my needs. The location was convenient for exploring Dublin, although some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated. The dining options were satisfactory, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered fantastic views from the balcony. The service was excellent, although there were a few staff members chatting at times. The location was perfect for exploring Phoenix Park and nearby attractions. The dining experience was good, but some improvements could be made. Overall, a bit pricey but worth it for the quality.
The hotel rooms were a bit expensive at 145 euros per night, but they were clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, they were out of purser at the time of my visit. The service was a mix of unfriendly and unhelpful staff but also very apologetic and lovely assistance. The location was slightly disappointing being a bit out of Dublin center, but it was perfect for a gig at Royal Kilmainham Hospital and close to Kilmainham Gaol.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well laid out; I even got a king-size bed on arrival at the same price. However, the lack of baby changing facilities made it challenging for me with my almost two-year-old. The staff were exceptional, very professional, and extremely helpful. I couldn't fault the hotel in any way.
Our stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very spacious, which was great for our family of 3, even with a teenager. However, the room was a little too warm overnight despite having the air con on the coolest setting. The service was excellent, especially from the catering staff, receptionist, and the knowledgeable barman Cian. The location was a bit far from the airport, but still excellent, with various attractions nearby. The dining experience was good with a great selection, though there were some minor issues. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The hotel offered a mixed experience with rooms overlooking the Kilmainham Gaol and the Royal Kilmainham Hospital back gate, but falling short of expectations. The service was friendly but with occasional offputting attitudes. Located slightly further from the city center, the hotel offered safety and convenience, especially for events at Kilmainham Hospital and the Rock and Roll half marathon. Dining was pleasant, while the facilities were decent overall.
